Cheeseburger Mac Attack.
The ingredients are: 1 ⅓ cups low calorie, high fiber Elbow Macaroni, 10 ounces lean Ground Turkey, ½ cup Onion, chopped, 2 tablespoons Ketchup, 3 cups Cauliflower, frozen, 2 tablespoons Light Sour Cream, 2 slices 2% American Cheese, 5 wedges light Swiss Cheese, 2 Scallions, sliced, Salt and Pepper.
- COOK the pasta half the time it says on the package
- MIX the turkey, ketchup, onion, cauliflower, and pasta in a crock pot
- COOK(sic) for three hours
- ADD in the rest of the ingredients and cook until the cheese is melted in good.
This dish has only 300 calories per serving.
