The wife did some “real” pickling this weekend to rescue some of our CSA crop of cucumbers. That said, this looks just as easy and you can eat it within 2 hours.
Suddenly making me rethink the crockpot ham tonight. As some people commented, you don’t have to become a vegan, and not all farms are run this way, but you should make some effort to know where your food comes from.
