Boy do we need this sign around our apartment. It seems that it is very
common for the construction crews to set off fireworks around 10am to scare
away evil spirits that may be living in the ground they are about to build
on. I just think that it is funny that certain streets (usually where there
are rich tourists) have to have these signs. This means it is perfectly
acceptable to set off fireworks on these other streets, so have a blast :)
