Awhile ago I started using this app.  It pops up a quote at set or random times that you schedule.  I find this a great way to hack your life into being more “mindful.”  Very similar to the Apple Watch feature to remind you to stand, this  reminds you to take a moment for yourself.  Some of my quotes are:

“You have everything you need to be happy right now”
“Be comfortable with uncertainty”
“Breathe”

A simple, but effective solution to hacking your life.
