This must be a European term: Fancy Dress as I have never really heard of
it. It basically means costume. At O’Malleys, one of the 2 UK pubs in
town, they had a Sunday Brunch on Halloween for all the kiddies and invited
them to come in fancy dress. They also had this “bouncy castle” (pictured)
and face painting and such. It was really crowded, but fortunately we just
meet there and then go out. I was not going to write about this picture,
until some guy left a comment on my blog and what did he write about?
